Elephant Conservation
As an ecotourism and conservation brand, Patara Elephant Conservation (PEC) is unwavering in its commitment to preserving and protecting Asian elephants for future generations, sustainability, environmentally conscious hospitality, and the empowerment of local communities.
Did you know that elephants are on the endangered species list due to poor human choices?
Together, without any tricks or propaganda, with only well-designed
elephant healthcare-based interactions, we can build a sustainable future for elephants and ensure their vital role in our ecosystem. Patara Elephant Conservation has more than 85 happy elephants who live with their calves as a cohesive family. Additionally, PEC is the only Thai organization with 45 babies born from 40 rescued elephants in the last 15 years. The bottom line of our mission is to protect and further the welfare of elephants.
